Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki- Level I (1)

Start your healing journey in this Level I Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki class. This class is for anyone interested in learning how to practice Reiki. No previous experience is required; all you need is an open mind and heart. 

Reiki is a simple but powerful tool that everyone can easily learn. In fact, it's your birthright! 

Level I is considered the first, or beginning, level in Reiki training. It is called Shoden in traditional Japanese Reiki, and the focus of the training is on practicing Reiki for self-care.
