Are you finding it difficult to venture out in the cold and snow? Would you love the benefits of yoga, but prefer the comfort of your own home? I’m here to help!

I’m offering private yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home—no need to brave the winter weather! Whether you’re seeking a one-on-one experience or want to gather a small group of friends or family, I’ll travel up to 25 miles from Earlville, NY to bring you a personalized 60-minute yoga class.

Children’s Yoga | Pre/Post-Natal Yoga

Reiki Sessions (Master Reiki Practitioner)

I bring all the necessary equipment—mats, blocks, straps—so you can focus on your practice. You only need to provide space! Plus, I’m available 7 days a week to work with your schedule.

Rates:

YOGA

One-on-one sessions: $60

Group sessions: $40 per person

REIKI

60 minute one-on-one session: $77
